June 13th, 2024 – Dublin, IE: Travelheart Family, a leading Danish tour operator consisting of over 16 travel agencies that service more than 100 destinations worldwide has selected MOST, makers of technology for a world on the move, to provide and deploy a solution for onboard flight payment processing and back office inventory management. MOST has deployed its software solution and payment peripheral hardware together with Travelheart Family to support their airline operations of Airseven . Working with MOST technologies allows Travelheart Family and their partners to perfrom onboard retail operations effectively as well as enabling efficient management of the retail program. This is particularly valuable in the complex, multi entity world that tour operators and travel agencies must navigate in order to best support their guests during all stages of their experience.

Using the Most technology platform, passengers onboard Airseven travelling with any agency in the Travelheart Family network, can now make payments using chip/pin, NFC and e-wallets. This enables Travelheart Family to provide a seemless expereince for their passengers and charter partners.

As part of the agreement, MOST provides a custom designed and built protective case containing a mobile device, preloaded with the MOST Point Of Sales solution as well as a detachable payment device. The protective case facilitates easy handling and charging by both cabin crew and the warehouse operators responsible for the devices. MOST are also providing the Hardware and Software to support Barset packing to ensure Travelheart Family can dynamically monitor and adjust their onboard packing plans whilst also ensuring a transparent view of inventory used on all flights.
