Supplier Code of Conduct

MOST place the highest value on ethical and sustainable operations and seek to work only with suppliers, business partners and consultants who demonstrably share our values. This Supplier Code of Conduct is based on our internal MOST Business Code of Conduct and aims to ensure that the standards of behaviour and ethical business practices which we commit to adhere to at MOST, are extended throughout our supply chain.

Scope

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum binding standards for business conduct that we expect from our business partners. It is applicable to all suppliers of goods and services to Move Fast LLC or Most Fast Limited, both of which trade with the business name of MOST.

1. Ethical Behaviour and Integrity

Suppliers are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity. This includes honesty in communications, transparency in actions and accountability for outcomes.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each country where they do business.

3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Suppliers must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, regulations and codes within their countries of operation, and not engage in any form of bribery or corruption in any aspect of their business operations.Suppliers are prohibited from (a) making or receiving bribes in connection with MOST business(b) offering or accepting gifts, hospitality or favours which is either disproportionate or outside the ordinary course of business.

4. Fair Competition

Suppliers are expected to conduct their business in an open and transparent manner and in full compliance with any anti-trust or fair competition regulations.

5. Anti-discrimination and Anti-harassment.

Suppliers must not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or belief, nationality, social or ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Suppliers should ensure that all individuals within their organization are treated with respect, fairness, and dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity. Discrimination or harassment of any kind is prohibited.

6. Labour and Human Rights

Suppliers must provide all workers with a safe and healthy workplace to prevent injury to health and accidents. Suppliers are responsible for complying with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations and industry standards.

Suppliers must not use or benefit from any form of forced labor which is obtained through coercion, threat, menace or harassment.

Suppliers are prohibited from employing workers under the minimum legal age of employment in the jurisdiction where work is performed, and must comply with all laws regarding the permissible work of juvenile employees, in particular regarding the nature of work, safe working conditions, working hours and remuneration.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Suppliers must avoid situations where their personal, family or financial interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of MOST. Suppliers must transparently disclose any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest to their point of contact at MOST, to ensure it is managed appropriately.

8. Protection of Confidential Information and Personal Data

Suppliers must maintain the security and confidentiality of information entrusted to them by MOST and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law. MOST’s confidential information must only be used for the business purpose identified and approved by MOST.

Suppliers must protect all personal data they collect or manage on behalf of MOST in accordance with their obligations under applicable data protection laws.

9. Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws on the protection of the environment. We expect our business partners to take all reasonable measures to reduce the environmental impact of their operations and the products they produce.Suppliers must ensure that they do not cause harmful soil contamination, water pollution, noise emissions, or use excess water or raw materials.

10. Code of Conduct Compliance

It is the responsibility of the Supplier and its company officers to ensure that all employees and its representatives comply with the Code of Conduct contained within this document. Any transgression or violation of these policies must be reported to MOST at legal@most.io.
