Most appoints Customer Experience Director

John brings a wealth of experience and expertise in product management and a deep understanding of customer needs.

John's passion for customer and product is evident in his own words: "I’m delighted to join the team at Most as Customer Experience Director, where I will be supporting our customers with onboarding, implementation of new features as well as day-to-day support.



I will also define our Product Roadmap so that customer feedback is represented and opportunities for enhancement are planned and communicated transparently."

With over 15 years of experience in product management, including extensive work in the low/no connection payment space, John understands the importance of truly empathizing with customers. He firmly believes that by deeply understanding their needs, we can ensure that our new product features not only meet but exceed their expectations.
