We recently had a two-day meetup with our software development team at Ardgillan Castle in Ireland. With the Irish Sea in the backdrop, Ardgillan provided a perfect environment to work, connect, and plan for the future.

Our software team is spread across six countries, every once in a while it's great to spend time together in person, reviewing our progress, and setting our strategy for the year ahead. One of the key milestones we reviewed was our growth, adding six new clients to the MOST family this year. Our streamlined onboarding process has played a major role, cutting down implementation time by half and making it quicker for clients to take payments.

We also explored new ways to enhance crew engagement in our app. We brainstormed features like crew campaigns, performance targets, and progress indicators designed to make reaching sales goals more engaging and rewarding.

Our Dev Team had also time to experience the rich culture and history of Ireland, including Ardgillan Castle itself with its 300-year-old library, filled with historical maps and ledgers.

A visit to Newgrange was also on the agenda. Built over 5,000 years ago, this ancient site’s winter solstice alignment was a reminder of the remarkable engineering achievements of the past.

But above all, the best part was simply being together. Sharing stories and strengthening bonds will drive our success as we continue to shape the future of MOST.
