From one crew to another: Southwest Flight Attendants on MOST

As part of their preparation for MOST, WestJet’s Crew Leadership was intentional about one thing: any solution had to be truly crew‑friendly and informed by real frontline experience. That meant hearing directly from crews who had already been through the transition.

That led to something remarkable. A group of flight attendants from Southwest Airlines created a four‑minute video to help the WestJet crew prepare for the launch of MOST. Simply crews choosing to share what they had learned to make the transition easier for others. In the video, they focus on what works day to day, why the app is intuitive in service, and what the transition actually felt like from a crew perspective. It is practical, honest, and grounded in experience, the kind of insight only frontline crews can offer.

This is what makes Southwest & WestJet so special. For decades, these airlines have been known for a culture built around people first and a genuine willingness to help others succeed. You see it in moments like this, where crews go out of their way to support fellow crew at another airline, simply because they genuinely care.

Grateful to the Southwest crew who put this together, and to WestJet’s leadership for keeping their crews front and Centre when it matters most.
