Client event 25 in Iceland

Last week, we held our 2nd annual client event , an experience that was meaningful on many levels.
Iceland is home to three of our clients, including PLAY, our very first launch partner. Hosting the event there felt like a full-circle moment and a great opportunity to bring together members of the MOST community.
We were grateful to welcome clients and partners who made the trip to Reykjavik. The goal of the event was simple: to create space for open conversations between product users. What we’ve learned is that many challenges—and the solutions—are often shared across airlines. When clients talk to each other, value flows in every direction.
The format was split into two parts:
- A roadmap presentation and product demo from the MOST team
- Client-led sessions, with discussions and shared insights
We were also joined by a few of our partners, especially on the payment side, who added valuable perspectives to the conversations.
Some highlights from us:
- Hearing directly from our clients about the impact our solution has had on their transaction metrics, including double-digit improvements in both profitability and processing efficiency. These are numbers we wouldn’t be able to share ourselves, but our clients were proud to do so.
- Seeing how differently each airline uses data (spend per pax, profit per pax, and beyond)
- Exploring how crew incentives impact performance across different regions
- Comparing perspectives between European and U.S. operators
We’re proud that, in just two years, we were able to bring 20+ people together in Reykjavik. It’s a small but meaningful milestone for a young company with big goals.
After the event, some of us went on a mini adventure across Iceland, from volcanoes and geysers to snowmobiles on a glacier. It was the perfect way to end a week of learning, sharing, and connecting.
We’re already thinking about MOST Client Event 2026. Some of us are lobbying for Hawaii, but wherever it is, we promise to send the save-the-date early.
